“Trailer Time Thursday!” 5.5.11

May 5, 2011

“Trailer Time Thursday!”  has arrived!! Thursdays are great because it always brings your weekly fix of “Triple-T” (aka: “Trailer Time Thursday!”). In case this is your first visit to “Triple-T,” here’s what it’s all about:

Seeing as how everyone loves movie previews, “Trailer Time Thursday!” was created to bring all of the trending trailers that you may have missed in theaters, or just need to see, all in one convenient place! It makes Thursdays so great! Get ready! Your Preview Pandemonium awaits!

*Some neat trailers hit the web this week! ENJOY!!! :)

30 Minutes or Less. The Social Network‘s Jesse Eisenberg co-stars with several other actors in this fun comedy of a pizza delivery boy put in a most impossible predicament! The countdown begins on August 12, 2011.

Ironclad. Knights Templar defend a castle against the tyranny of King John in 13th century England. This unrated trailer showcases several recognizable actors and sword-slicing scenes. Set to release on July 26, 2011, Ironclad looks pretty solid.

The Ledge. Starring Patrick Wilson, Liv Tyler, Terrence Howard, and Charlie Hunnam, The Ledge covers an interesting angle on the damages of adultery and taking religion to an extreme. The Ledge premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and has received numerous conflicting reviews. Some love it, some don’t. Limited release on May 29, 2011.

Conan the Barbarian. Here’s the official new theatrical trailer for the remake that promises to be a lot truer and graphic than Arnold’s rendition. Don’t expect to see The Governator as a cameo in this one either! Conan the Barbarian releases August 19, 2011.

One Day. Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess in a story told of two friends that share one day each year throughout their lives and the bond that they maintain! Brought to you by Focus Features on August 19, 2011.

Green Lantern (new theatrical trailer). Here is the latest amazing trailer for Green Lantern, showing more of the cast and plot! I don’t know about you, but June 17th is looking better and better to me!! Check it out for yourself!

Well, that’s it for this round of ‘Triple-T’ today! Which one has your interest?

Here’s what releases in theaters tomorrow, May 6, 2011:

  • Wide Release: Thor, Something Borrowed, and Jumping the Broom
  • Limited Release: The BeaverPassion Play, Last Night, Hobo with a Shotgun, and There Be Dragons
  • Visit HERE to see the description of them all.

Check out this new banner for X-Men: First Class! It looks pretty amazing! Just thought I’d share! Have a great day everyone!
