ENJOY!!! :)

Haywire. A new international trailer for the spy action thriller with an all-star cast, including director Steven Soderbergh (Contagion). Haywire releases January 20, 2012 and stars Gina Carano, Ewan MacGregor, Antonion Banderas, Michael Douglas, Channing Tatum, Michael Fassbender, and more! Check out the new trailer!

Albert Nobbs. Glenn Close stars as a man with a secret in this time period drama which also co-stars Mia Wasikowska, Jonathan Rhys Meyers and more. Glenn Close also contributed in writing the screenplay for this upcoming film which releases soon.

Act of Valor. Starring actual U.S. Navy Seals, here comes a film sharing missions and stories from U.S. Navy Seals. Check out this amazing tribute. It releases in theaters on February 17, 2012.

Carnage. What apparently starts off as two sets of parents civilly settling a dispute that revolves around their kids fighting turns into…well, Carnage! haha. Watch Kate Winslet, Jodie Foster, John C. Reilly, and Christoph Waltz go crazy on each other. All Carnage ensues on December 16.

The Divide. In a post-apocalyptic world where paranoia, violence, anger, and fear rule, survivors of a nuclear blast deal with the pangs of distrust and pent up frustration as provisions diminish but not as fast as patience. Michael Biehn and Milo Ventimiglia (Heroes) star in this upcoming film simply entitled, The Divide. It releases on January 13, 2012. (Watch the trailer with caution…possible briefly disturbing violence).

Young Adult. Charlize Theron stars as a returning hottie, slightly delusional, looking to reclaim the flame (Patrick Wilson) she has now lost to an “inconvenient wife and kid.” Young Adult is directed by Jason Reitman (Juno, Up in the Air) and releases on December 16, 2011.

Marvel’s The Avengers. Did you miss the trailer that launched this week for Marvel’s upcoming exciting film?? Well, fear not, I have it for you…HERE!

up next: Review for Real Steel (followed by The Thing.)

  1. Well you know I’m EXCITED for Immortals, wahoo!! 😀 I’m curious about Carnage, I mean take a look at that cast, Christoph is just brilliant, he’s in good company here with other Oscar winners. Oh and Young Adult looks interesting too and the Minnesota connection is definitely a must-see for me.

    • Carnage made me laugh, but I must say I am glad they released this trailer. The first trailer (redband) had too much language in it for me. Not sure I’ll be seeing it.

Young Adult honestly just annoyed me. haha I’d much rather watch Charlize in The Italian Job.

  2. Hi, ScarlerSp1der and company:

Haywire is just another skinny little ‘Salt’-like chick kicking butt. A topic that has been done to death. I Don’t think Steven Soderbergh or Michael Douglas is going to help it at the box office.

Carnage looks a lot like Denis Leary’s earlier The Ref on a grander, more scathing scale.

Michael Biehn has been needing a massive role since The Terminator, Aliens, Tombstone and The Rock. It looks like The Divide should fill the bill. Especially opposite ‘Jesse’ from Gilmore Girls all grown up.

So, Charlize Theron plays a delusional, possessive, psycho chick?
Where have I seen this before?… Oh, wait. It’s for laughs this time!… Seriously?

Think I’ll wait on Young Adult.
