Seeing as how everyone loves movie previews, “Trailer Time Thursday!” was created to bring all of the trending trailers that you may have missed in theaters, or just need to see, all in one convenient place! It makes Thursdays so great! Get ready! Your Preview Pandemonium awaits!

Check them out and ENJOY!!! :)

A Haunted House. Marlon Wayans stars in this horror movie spoof that I’m sure will bring the screams and the laughs. Copying from several of the “found footage” horror flicks of recent popularity, here is the trailer for A Haunted House. Releasing on January 11, 2013.

Iron Man 3. Releasing May 3, 2013, check out this first trailer for Marvel’s upcoming continuation of Tony Stark’s story. Starring Robert Downey Jr, Ben Kingsley, Guy Pearce and more, this first trailer looks great!

Holy Motors. A rather eccentric trailer for this movie about a man who changes his life’s story and path very often. Releasing on November 9, this film has received some high praise from film festivals.

Empires of the Deep. Perhaps one of the more confusing trailers I’ve ever shown, not because the story is so confusing as much as the reality that the movie is being made. A mythical world in which a man falls in love with a mermaid in the middle of an epic underwater battle. This film sometimes looks like Avatar and then at other times looks like it is a computer game. Not sure what they are going for with this one, but, it releases soon.

Safe Haven. The author of The Notebook has another book brought to film with this one that stars Josh Duhamel, Cobie Smulders, Julianne Hough and more in this story of a woman fleeing her past and keeping new found friends at a distance in her safe haven, including the expected love interest of the film. Releasing in theaters on February 8, 2013…just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Django Unchained (new int’l trailer). See a new trailer that tells a bit more of this Quentin Tarantino film starring Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, Leonardo DiCaprio, Samuel L. Jackson, Jonah Hill and more. Releasing in theaters on Christmas day.

Spotlight Trailer of the Week:

Featurette for Wreck-It Ralph

Wreck-It Ralph is the upcoming animated feature that releases on November 2, 2012. With the vocal talents of John C. Reilly, Sarah Silverman, Jack McBrayer, Jane Lynch and more, Disney Studios is sure to bring together a great audience to see the gathering of so many great an classic videogame characters. Check out this latest featurette for the film:

What do you think? Nice to get a even greater look at this upcoming movie.

Well, that’s it for this round of ‘Triple-T’!

My favorite trailers from today: Iron Man 3, Django Unchained and Wreck-It Ralph. 😀 Which ones are your favorites??

This Weekend’s Theatrical Releases:

Are you ready for the weekend in theaters? Here’s what releases this weekend, October 26, 2012:

  • Wide Release: Chasing Mavericks, Fun Size, Silent Hill: Revelation 3D and Cloud Atlas (My REVIEW soon to come).
  • Limited Release: Pusher, The Loneliest Planet and more.

Thanks for reading! Happy Watching!

T, The Focused Filmographer

Up Next: My review of Cloud Atlas

    • I actively choose to not post redband trailers. This one is getting a lot of attention from horror fans and Evil Dead fans. I’m sure it will be great for fans. When a greenband trailer is available it will find it’s way to a Triple-T post though.

man, I was okay with the trailer until the very end. that scene is sooo creepy. ha

  1. Iron Man 3 looks good. Didn’t check out the trailers for Wreck-It Ralph and Django Unchained — those are on my watchlist already, so I don’t want to see any more of them until it’s time to watch them. Keep things as fresh as possible, right?

Safe Haven might be all right, but it doesn’t look like the sort of film I’d be interested in. Everything else looks terrible to me… Empires of the Deep just doesn’t look well done, Haunted House didn’t make me laugh, and Holy Motors doesn’t impress. I don’t like Cirque du Soleil, so why would I want to watch a film where one guy just rips off their weird style for a whole movie?
